In episode 1 of our series Kalshi trading strategies, explained, our bot bought the favourite 53,317 times on paper. It won 91% of its trades, and after the fee it still came out about 1.2 cents a trade short. That is our result so far. The more useful question is whether a version of it holds up on markets, prices or timings we have not tried yet.
This prompt lets you run that test yourself in a few minutes. Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or any AI assistant that can write and run Python. It builds a script that pulls Kalshi's free historical data, applies the rule at prices you could really have traded, charges the real fee, and tells you whether the result holds up.
